      Description

      We added some fiels in "issue details customization" (e.g. priority, fix version/s). But when a customer opens a new request and an agent is transitioning the issue and adding values to the fields mentioned above, this fields and their values are not visible to the customer at all.

      Do we need to perform a reindex or do we need to activate your plugin for the project first or ???
