I'm trialing this product and no settings seem to be working. All we want is filtering on the list of requests in the portal. I've tried setting several default statuses at once, setting all the groups with display permission, setting the customer request type field, and the request participants field. Nothing works.
We are also using a plugin "Extension for Jira Service Desk" to dynamically display fields based on selection of other fields, but this shouldn't affect the "my requests" view.
